Your order will be confirmed by return in written form and after paying the deposit or providing credit card details for the booking we will send you an accommodation voucher.
Reservation is valid only in written form and after paying the deposit or giving credit card guarantee.
The rental is always for whole week - from Saturday till Saturday. On departure date it is always necessary to pass on the apartment till 11:00 at the latest. On arrival the check-in is possible from 15:00 till 19:00. Later arrival is necessary to announce in advance.

Prices: Prices are contractual according to published price list. The price includes the rent of fully self-contained apartament inclusive electricity consumption, heating, warm and cold water, bed-clothes, towels and toiletres /soap and toilet paper/.
The price does not include: transfer to the apartment, insurance during your stay and
journey and boarding /food/.

Parking space for your car directly in the property is possible to order extra for supplementary charge.
On arrival guarantee of 3000,- Kč or 100 EUR is requested, this will be returned on departure
date after handover of the apartment in undamaged status. It is also possible to guarantee by credit card.
Cancellation fees:
more than 45 days before arrival - no cancellation fees will be charged
44 - 15 days before arrival - 20% of total amount will be charged
14 - 7 days before arrival - 50% of total amount will be charged
7 - 0 days before arrival - 100% of total amount will be charged
It is possible to cancel the reservation only in written form - by e-mail or by fax. Deciding is the date of delivery of this cancellation. The cancellation will be confirm to you by return in written form.
In case of complaint or in whatever trouble or defect during the rent of the apartment the tenant is obliged to announce his remarks to the landlord without any delay by fax or by e-mail. In case that the tenant does not announce his demands immediately, the tenant lose his right for later eventual compensation.
