Very nice apartment No. 414 (3+kitchen corner, cca 56 m2 ) can be found in new property just few steps away from Upper Square (Horni namesti) in Rokytnice. It is an ideal accommodation for families with children (from 4 up to 6 persons) or for smaller groups of friends. You will have privacy with us. The apartment is equipped effectively, fashionably and luxuriously.

Kitchen unit and dining area

The guests will arrange the boarding (food) individually. You can find in the apartment fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals for you and your family.

When you do not feel like cooking you can eat in the restaurant Helena which is situated only few steps away from the house. You can order very tasty and rich breakfast, lunch and dinner for low prices.

There is a separate bedroom for 4 people (big double bed and two single beds). The bedroom will ensure you of restful and comfortable sleep.

Other two persons can sleep on the comfortable folding sofa in the living room.

Bedding and towels are included in the price.

There is also spacious closet in the bedroom.

Luxuriously equipped large bathroom with bath and WC. There are bath towels, towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer and a heathed clotheshorse at your disposal. Furthermore you can find here an ironing-board, an iron and a hoover.

Parking fee - 200 CZK per 24 hours in garage. The possibility of taking your dogs with you (after agreement).

Price list - prices are for whole apartment and are final.

The price includes: VAT, holiday (recreational) fee, water requirement, electricity consumption, heating, bedding, towels, toilet paper, internet access, final cleaning,
separate lockable cellar (storage room) for storing your sporting goods.
