there is really many attractive cycling trails with various difficultness so families with children and even sturdy sportsmen will enjoy this.
The cycling trails are well-marked. You can visit many of the info
centres in the region where they will gladly inform you about the
offer of path and trails and hand you some maps. There are also
held cycling races every year.
Horse riding - Local farm offers touristic tours on horseback, these
tours

held both for beginners and for advanced riders.

the possibility of tours on horseback, in waggon, in buggy and in

are 12 x 18 m/ which is well-equipped with
exercisers including
trampoline.
You can also use sauna or well-equipped fitness.

when the snow is melting on the mountains.
Recommended route for beginners is from Paseky nad Jizerou to
Semily. For advanced and efficient rafters is as paradise the route
from Harachov /Mýto/ to as far as they reach. There is also the
possibility of borrowing all equipment and also the instructor.
Snowtubing - as diversification of winter sports you can make the
best of snowtubing - which is ride in rubber boat in track. It is ideal
entertainment for bigger groups of people.
This type of sport is safe because the rubber boat is led in the trail.
